Fed Funds Rate definition

Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate (expressed as a per annum rate and rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rates are not so published for any day which is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by BNPLC's Parent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by BNPLC's Parent. All determinations of the Fed Funds Rate by BNPLC's Parent shall, in the absence of clear and demonstrable error, be binding and conclusive upon NAI.
Fed Funds Rate means, for any day, the annual rate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 0.01%) determined (which determination is conclusive and binding, absent manifest error) by the Administrative Agent to be equal to (a) the weighted average of the rates on overnight federal funds transactions with member banks of the Federal Reserve System arranged by federal funds brokers on that day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, then on the immediately preceding Business Day), as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the next Business Day, or (b) if those rates are not published for any such day, the average of the quotations at approximately 10:00 a.m. received by the Administrative Agent from three federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate per annum equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Banking Day, for the next preceding Banking Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day which is a Banking Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by the Agent from three (3) federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • The interest factor for each such day shall be computed by dividing the interest rate applicable to such day by 360, in the case of the Commercial Paper Rate, Prime Rate, Fed Funds Rate or CD Rate, or by the actual number of days in the year, in the case of the Treasury Rate.

Fed Funds Rate means, for any Notification Date, the rate set forth in H.15(519) or in H.15 Daily Update for the most recently preceding Business Day under the caption “Federal funds (effective)”; provided that if no such rate is so published for any of the immediately three preceding Business Days, then such rate shall be the arithmetic mean of the rates for the last transaction in overnight Federal funds arranged by each of three leading brokers of U.S. dollar Federal funds transactions prior to 9:00 a.m., CPT, on that day, which brokers shall be selected by Xxxx in a commercially reasonable manner. For purposes hereof, “H.15(519)” means the weekly statistical release designated as such, or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, available through the worldwide website of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/, or any successor site or publication and “H.15 Daily Update” means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the worldwide website of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/update/, or any successor site or publication.
