Final Contract Year definition

Final Contract Year as defined in Section ‎4.5(b);

Final Contract Year means the Contract Year commencing on the last anniversary of the Signature Date that falls during the Service Period;

Final Contract Year means the period commencing on January 1 of the Year in which the later of the expiration of the Initial Term or the last Renewal Term of this Agreement occurs and ending on the anniversary date of this Agreement occurring in such Year;

Examples of Final Contract Year in a sentence

• The ACQ for the First Contract Year and Final Contract Year shall be pro-rated based on the number of days in each such Contract Year.

• The ACQ for the First Contract Year and Final Contract Year shall be pro-rated based on the number of Days in each such Contract Year.

• In the event that a Committed Shipper terminates its Agreement pursuant to 4.4.1, Carrier will also file a Re-based Toll for the years following any Final Contract Year.

• PAYMENT FOR UNUSED SICK LEAVE Certified employees who retire from the District after having been employed by the District in a certified position for at least 15 years and who are eligible for retirement under PSRS/PEERS will receive payment for each day of unused accumulated sick leave at the rate of 25% of the certified employee’s final daily rate or $45 per day, whichever is higher, as determined by the certified employee’s salary during the Final Contract Year.

• In the event that a Committed Shipper provides written notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement (the “Terminating Shipper”), the Carrier will file an Application to increase the Tolls for the Terminating Shipper for the Final Contract Year.

More Definitions of Final Contract Year

Final Contract Year as defined in Clause 3.2.2;

Final Contract Year means any of (i) the fifth year of the Initial Term as defined in Article4.2 or (ii) the final year of the Evergreen Period, as defined in Article 4.3, provided written notice is given as per Article 4.4.1;

Final Contract Year means (as appropriate):- (a) the period from 1 April immediately preceding the Expiry Date to the Expiry Date inclusive, or (b) if terminated for whatever reason prior to the Expiry Date, the period from the 1 April immediately prior to the Termination Date to the Termination Date;

Final Contract Year means the period commencing at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2027 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2027;

Final Contract Year means the period commencing at 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2022 and ending at 1:59 p.m. on December 31, 2022.

Final Contract Year means from and including 1 April 2012 until the earlier of the Expiry Date or termination of this Agreement, which for the avoidance of doubt shall be a date prior to 1 April 2013;

Final Contract Year means the final Contract Year under this Agreement, which is currently scheduled to end on the Expiration Date, but as it may be extended pursuant to Section 2(c) or 7(d).
