The Fire District and Queen Creek’s authority to conduct inspections pursuant to the Fire Code is applicable only to commercial and industrial properties, and does not apply to residential properties.
Queen Creek shall, within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this agreement, provide notice to the Fire District of any property they identify whose structural integrity may not comply with the provisions of Section 110.1 of the 2006 edition of the International Fire Code or any fire code subsequently adopted by Queen Creek, and which may limit Queen Creek’s ability to provide effective Fire Protection Services.
