Fire Code definition

Fire Code means Ontario Regulation 213/07, as amended, and any successor regulation.
Fire Code means the British Columbia Fire Code Regulation made under the Fire Services Act, as amended or replaced from time to time;
Fire Code means Indiana Fire Code (675 IAC 22).

  • The Fire District and Queen Creek’s authority to conduct inspections pursuant to the Fire Code is applicable only to commercial and industrial properties, and does not apply to residential properties.
