Fiscal Service definition

Fiscal Service. : means the tax assistance service provided by Monte Titoli for enabling the Participants through Monte Titoli to perform their tax obligations which are required under the applicable provisions of law, relating to the transactions about the centralized management of financial instruments.
Fiscal Service means the Bureau of the Fiscal Service of the Department of the Treasury, or the office or administrative unit to which applicable functions hereafter succeed.
