Floating Rate Covered Bonds definition

Floating Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds which bear interest at a rate determined (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as the case may be):
Floating Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Floating Rate Covered Bonds means the Covered Bonds which will bear interest at a floating rate.

  • In connection with the implementation of a CAD Benchmark Replacement with respect to any CAD dollar denominated Floating Rate Covered Bonds calculated by reference to a CAD Benchmark, the Issuer or the CAD Benchmark Transition Designee (after consulting with the Issuer) will have the right, subject to satisfaction of the CAD Benchmark Transition Event Conditions, to make CAD Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes with respect to any CAD dollar denominated Floating Rate Covered Bonds from time to time.

  • The Covered Bonds in a Series may be Fixed Rate Covered Bonds, Floating Rate Covered Bonds, Zero Coupon Covered Bonds or a combination of any of the foregoing, depending upon the Interest Basis shown in the applicable Final Terms Document or Pricing Supplement.

  • Prior to issuing a Series of Covered Bonds (if such Covered Bonds are not Fixed Rate Covered Bonds or Floating Rate Covered Bonds), the Issuer has obtained confirmation from each of the Rating Agencies that the ratings of the Covered Bonds of all Series then outstanding will not be downgraded or withdrawn as a result of the issuance of this Series of Covered Bonds.


More Definitions of Floating Rate Covered Bonds

Floating Rate Covered Bonds. Floating Rate Covered Bonds will bear interest at a rate determined: (i) on the same basis as the floating rate under a notional interest rate swap transaction in the relevant Specified Currency governed by an agreement incorporating the ISDA Definitions; or (ii) on the basis of a reference rate appearing on the agreed screen page of a commercial quotation service; or (iii) on such other basis as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), in each case as set out in the applicable Final Terms. The Margin (if any) relating to such floating rate will be agreed between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) for each issue of Floating Rate Covered Bonds as set out in the applicable Final Terms. Other provisions in relation to Floating Rate Covered Bonds: Floating Rate Covered Bonds may also have a maximum interest rate, a minimum interest rate or both (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms). Interest on Floating Rate Covered Bonds in respect of each Interest Period, as agreed prior to issue by the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), will be payable on such Interest Payment Dates, and will be calculated on the basis of such Day Count Fraction, as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), as set out in the relevant Final Terms.

Related to Floating Rate Covered Bonds

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Security means a Debt Security that provides for the payment of interest at a variable rate determined periodically by reference to an interest rate index specified pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
