Floor Plan definition

Floor Plan means the floor plan attached to the Lease as EXHIBIT “C.”

  • Change by Owner: While we will not act arbitrarily, we reserve the right to assign and/or relocate you, as the case may be, to another Unit and/or Bedroom of the same Floor Plan Type, if available and at our sole discretion, within the Apartment Community at any time before or during the Term, and for any reason deemed necessary by us (e.g. urgent maintenance, roommate conflict, vacancy consolidation etc.), upon written notice.

  • Exhibitor’s entire exhibit shall be confined to the Space as identified in the Floor Plan, and under no circumstances shall merchandise, equipment, trunks, cases or packing materials be left in any aisle or otherwise block access to any other exhibit or entrance or exit of the Exhibition Venue.

  • Note that Space Options cannot be guaranteed and Owner reserves the right to assign you to a Unit and Bedroom of the basic Floor Plan Type which may or may not include your original preference for items such as, but not limited to, Master Bedroom, Balcony, Aerial and Penthouse Space Options.


More Definitions of Floor Plan

Floor Plan means the plan of the section attached marked Annexure “B”.
