Freedom of Information Request or FOI Request means any request made under the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 for information about the Database, the Data or any report containing Data;
Freedom of Information Request or “Request” means any request by membership for documentation of the Federation or entities of the Federation that complies with the law and those restrictions established by the Board of Directors pursuant to this policy.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all Requirements of Law, to the extent applicable to the items and services provided by the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary, relating to the privacy and security of information technology assets and equipment, computers, systems, networks, hardware, software, websites, applications, and databases and personal, personally identifiable, sensitive, confidential or regulated data and, in each case, to the protection thereof from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Transaction Request Defined in Section 3.01(a).

  • Statement of Additional Information means, respectively, the form of prospectus and statement of additional information with respect to the Fund filed by the Investment Company as part of the Registration Statement, or as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
