Freight Charges definition

Freight Charges means all charges to be paid to, and invoiced by, the Carrier for or in connection with the performance of the transport of Goods by sea, including any associated charges, costs and expens- es and/or any storage charges (including shifting fees and terminal parking fees), costs and expenses incurred by the Carrier prior to loading and/or after discharge and/or any surcharges which the Carrier may levy in respect of variations in currency exchange rates and/or fuel prices;
Freight Charges means fees and expenses of any type or character payable in connection with the transportation or delivery of Rail Cars.
Freight Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4
