Fund Investors definition

Fund Investors means the Shareholders and the limited partners, shareholders and/or equivalent investors of any Parallel Vehicle.

Fund Investors means investors as a whole of a collective investment scheme managed by a Virtual Asset Fund Manager;

Fund Investors has the meaning specified in the definition of "Existing Stockholders."
