Fund Operator definition

Fund Operator means the Economic Support Services Department, or other area within the Governmental Services Division designated authority over the operation of the Fund.
Fund Operator means each of the General Partner and any Parallel Fund Operators. “Fund Parties” means the Partners and any Parallel Fund Parties, collectively.
Fund Operator means a fund management practitioner appointed by a fund management company to manage and operate investment activities of a REIF or RESIC.
