Examples of General Terms in a sentence

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions of this Contract or any Program Agreement, the inconsistency or conflict shall be resolved by giving precedence to these General Terms and Conditions.

  • Terms or conditions that are more restrictive, specific, or particular than those contained in the General Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as being inconsistent or in conflict.

  • The County shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of the total Contract amount specified unless authorized by an amendment in accordance with paragraphs C and P of the County’s General Terms and Conditions.

  • The Section and Paragraph headings in these General Terms and Conditions are not material parts of the agreement and should not be used to construe the meaning thereof.

  • This Agreement, as defined in Section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions.
