Georgia Act means the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act at O.C.G.A §14-11- 100, Confidential 2017
Georgia Act has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Georgia Act means the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 00-00-000, et seq.), as hereafter amended from time to time.
