GLJ Report definition

GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

GLJ Report means the report dated February 19, 2013 prepared by GLJ evaluating the oil, NGL and natural gas reserves attributable to the properties of the Company effective December 31, 2012.
