Goods/Services definition

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

Goods/Services means the goods and/or services (as appropriate) specified in the Contract to be supplied by Contractor.

• Pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services.

• Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any goods and/or services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

• The Contractor must provide to the Principal valid tax invoices showing the value of the goods/services delivered/completed and accepted, based on the Goods/Services requirement under the Contract as set out in the Official Order.

• The prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services shall be adjusted, based upon the percent changes (whether up or down) in the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) indices described below, for the most recent year.

• Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods and/or Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services (subject to economic or other adjustment as set forth herein).

Goods/Services means goods/items/materials/services, which the Contractor is required to supply to the DUHS under this Contract.

Goods/Services means the Goods and or Services which are the subject of the Contract, as the context requires.

Goods/Services means all goods and services, as set out in the Bid Document, which include all supplies, materials, equipment, general maintenance and services, construction and works contracts, leases, rentals, and repairs of equipment; consulting and professional services, including the services provided by architects, engineers, designers, real estate appraisers, management or financial consultants, brokers or lawyers and any other consulting or professional service rendered on behalf of the Town.

Goods/Services means the goods and services to be supplied to the Commission by the Contractor as set out in the Contract;

Goods/Services means the good(s) and/or service(s) including construction services purchased by the University, the particulars of which are described on the attached Purchase Order;
