Group Structure Chart definition

Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.

Group Structure Chart means the structure chart of each Obligor and the Group in the form delivered to the Facility Agent on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart set out in Schedule 9 (Group Structure).

Group Structure Chart means the structure chart of the Group and the Target Group delivered to the Lender pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent), as updated from time to time in accordance with paragraph (b) of Clause 19.2 (Provision and contents of Compliance Certificates).
