Hazardous Materials Activities definition

Hazardous Materials Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(b).

Hazardous Materials Activities means the use, handling, transportation, distribution, sale, Release or threatened Release of, or Remedial Action concerning any Hazardous Material, performed in connection with the Real Property.

Hazardous Materials Activities is defined in Section 2.23(b).

Examples of Hazardous Materials Activities in a sentence

• Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Section, Lessee shall, prior to the Commencement Date, submit to Lessor for Lessor’s review and approval, a list of Hazardous Materials Activities, including types and quantities, which list to the extent approved by Lessor shall be attached hereto as Exhibit C.

• Prior to conducting any other Hazardous Materials Activities, Lessor shall update such list as necessary for continued accuracy.

• Lessee shall indemnify, defend with counsel acceptable to Lessor and hold Lessor harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and liabilities, including court costs and legal fees, arising out of Lessee’s or Carrier’s Hazardous Materials Activities on, under or about the Leased Premises, regardless of whether or not Lessor has approved Lessee’s Hazardous Materials Activities.

• Prior to conducting any other Hazardous Materials Activities, Lessee shall update such List as necessary for continued accuracy.

More Definitions of Hazardous Materials Activities

Hazardous Materials Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b) of this Agreement.

Hazardous Materials Activities means the transport, storage, use, management, handling, manufacture, disposal or release of, or exposure of its employees or others to, Hazardous Materials or any products containing a Hazardous Material.

Hazardous Materials Activities shall be as defined in Section 6.2.3.

Hazardous Materials Activities means any past, current, proposed or threatened activity, event or occurrence involving any Hazardous Substances, including the use, manufacture, possession, storage, holding, presence, existence, location, Release, threatened Release, discharge, placement, generation, transportation, processing, construction, treatment, abatement, removal, remediation, disposal, disposition or handling of any Hazardous Substances, and any corrective action or response action with respect to any of the foregoing.

Hazardous Materials Activities means the generation, release, storage, use, handling, transportation, distribution, sale, Release or threatened Release of, or Remedial Action concerning any Hazardous Material, performed in connection with Compass' business or the Real Property.

Hazardous Materials Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(b).

Hazardous Materials Activities means transporting, storing, using, manufacturing, disposing of, releasing, or exposing employees or others to Hazardous Materials.
