Health and Safety Regulations definition

Health and Safety Regulations means regulations made under section 8;
Health and Safety Regulations means federal or provincial enactments that require a use of water that violates a water use restriction in Schedule “A” to this Bylaw.
Health and Safety Regulations means those health and safety regulations and Law which are applicable to the Services and which the Contractor knows or ought to be reasonably aware of and understand for the provision of the Services

Health and Safety Regulations means any of the regulations made by the Governor in

Health and Safety Regulations has the meaning specified in Section 4.31(a).
Health and Safety Regulations means all rules, regulations and standards in force at any given time relating to health, safety and/or protection of Passengers, workers, the Users and the Government Related Parties;
Health and Safety Regulations means any of the regulations made by the Governor in Council under the general powers conferred by section 11;
