Holdings Option definition

Holdings Option shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.1(a) of this Agreement.
Holdings Option an option to purchase Holdings Stock pursuant to the Holdings Stock Plan, or, following the Merger, pursuant to the Existing Stock Plans or the Xxx Xxxxx Employment Agreement.

Related to Holdings Option

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.
