Improvement Area definition

Improvement Area means an improvement area within a community facilities district designated pursuant to section 53350 of the CFD Act.
Improvement Area means specifically defined and designated portions of the District that are developed in phases.
Improvement Area means Improvement Area No. 8F of the District.

Examples of Improvement Area in a sentence

  • Prior to Bond issuance for an Improvement Area, Property Owner may obtain Certificates of Compliance for 91-1 Lots within such Improvement Area by prepaying the CFD 91-1 Special Tax Prepayments with Perris for such 91-1 Lots within such Improvement Area.

  • The Board of Trustees of Romoland, acting as the legislative body of the CFD, may, in its sole discretion, in accordance with its adopted policies, adopt the Bond Resolution and issue Bonds on behalf of each Improvement Area.

  • In the event that the CFD and the Improvement Areas therein are formed and Bonds are issued on behalf of an Improvement Area, Romoland, or the CFD (as may be applicable), and Property Owner shall determine the amount of Bond Proceeds to be deposited into the PUHSD Facilities Account for the applicable Improvement Area.

More Definitions of Improvement Area

Improvement Area means an area of land declared as such in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
Improvement Area means specifically defined and designated portions of the District that are developed in phases, including Improvement Area #1 and each area within the Future Improvement Areas that is specifically defined and designated as a phase of the District.
Improvement Area means any of the three improvement areas shown on the Boundary Map of the CFD.
Improvement Area means one or more Parcels within the PID that are anticipated to be developed in the same general time period. The Parcels within an Improvement Area other than the Non-Benefited Property will be assessed in connection with the issuance of PID Bonds for the Authorized Improvements (or the portion thereof) designated in an update to the Assessment Plan that specially benefit the Assessed Property within said Improvement Area, but any Parcels outside of the Improvement Area will not be assessed.
Improvement Area means Improvement Area No. 2 of the District.
Improvement Area or “Improvement Areas” means an Improvement Area or both Improvement Areas of the CFD, respectively.
Improvement Area means, as the context requires, one of the Initial Improvement Areas or any other improvement area that may, in the future, be designated by the CFD pursuant to the CFD Act over property within the CFD or property annexed to the CFD, but shall not include the property within Zone 2 or any improvement areas created out of the property in Zone 2 or any property annexed to Zone 2.
