Independent Controller means the controller who does not process personal data on behalf of others but does so far for its own purpose. Parties means the Company and the Client collectively. Party means the Company and the Client separately. Payments means Fee, all payments and other fees, indicated in the respective Service Order for the relevant Services, payable by the Client to the Company in relation to the performance of the Services under this Agreement.
