Index CFD definition

Index CFD means a CFD offered by CGS-CIMB Futures based on share indices rather than individual equities.
Index CFD denotes a contract for difference by reference to the fluctuations in the price of the underlying stock index.
Index CFD means an FPM OTC contract whose Underlying Financial Product is an index comprised of securities of issuers listed on an Exchange, typically an index sponsored or promoted by an Exchange. Liquidation Level means the minimum Margin Cover allowable before there might be automatic Close Out of all or some of your Open Positions.

Examples of Index CFD in a sentence

  • Please ensure that you read and understand the Swap Charge/Benefits applicable for a certain Index CFD before entering into any Contracts with us.

  • For example, in the case of a WALL STREET Index CFD, the Underlying Instrument is the E-Mini Dow Futures (traded on Chicago Mercantile Exchange).

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.

  • Index Currency means USD.

  • Index Number means the Consumer Price Index (Sydney all groups) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from time to time.

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • Index Group means the NASDAQ Bank Index.

  • Index With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and with respect to each related Adjustment Date, the index as specified in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Index Call Event means each of the following events:

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Index Calculation Agent means Bank Vontobel AG, Gotthardstrasse 43, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland. "Index Calculation Day" means every day from Monday to Friday.

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
