Initial Effective Time definition

Initial Effective Time means the date and time that the SEC declared effective the registration statement pursuant to which Common Stock was sold in the IPO.
Initial Effective Time means 8:30 a.m. prevailing Eastern Time on the date that is one business day prior to the closing of the Offering.

Initial Effective Time means 12:01 a.m. (Toronto Time) on the Effective Date, or such other time as the parties may agree to in writing before the Effective Date;
