Initial Order definition

Initial Order means, collectively, in respect of the Bloom Lake CCAA Parties, the Bloom Lake Initial Order, and in respect of the Wabush CCAA Parties, the Wabush Initial Order;
Initial Order means the initial order granted by this Court on March 12, 2019, as amended and restated as of April 5, 2019 and further amended and restated as of April 25, 2019, which authorized, among other things, the Stay of Proceedings and FTI’s appointment as Monitor of Imperial’s CCAA Proceedings.

Examples of Initial Order in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all subscribed SAP Cloud Service is allocated to the Customer and none to the Provider, with the exception of the Initial Order Form.

More Definitions of Initial Order

Initial Order means an occupation order made by virtue of subsection (1).
