Initial Securities. As defined in the preamble hereto.

Initial Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.

Initial Securities means (1) $65.0 million aggregate principal amount of 16% Senior Notes Due July 20, 2011 issued on the Issue Date and (2) Additional Securities, if any, issued in a transaction exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
