Initial Term definition

Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Initial Term means the time period defined in §2.B.

Examples of Initial Term in a sentence

• The Initial Term and Extended Term are collectively referred to as the “Term” in this Agreement.

• The Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) are collectively referred to herein as the “Term.” Upon renewal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

• Fees will be prepaid annually, or for the Initial Term, by the Client and are due by the date set forth in each invoice issued by InfoSight.
