Insolvency Proceeds definition

Insolvency Proceeds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b).

Insolvency Proceeds means any proceeds arising out of a sale, disposition or liquidation of Receivables (or interests therein) pursuant to subsection 9.02(a) of the Agreement.

Insolvency Proceeds means the proceeds, after all payments and reserves from the sale of the assets of the Trust upon the dissolution of the Trust because of an insolvency of the Seller.
