Interest Bearing Accounts definition

Interest Bearing Accounts means the following Reserve Accounts: the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, and the Operating Expense Account

Interest Bearing Accounts means escrow accounts, trust accounts or cash deposits with the department.

• No earnings allowance to pay for services occurs on Interest Bearing Accounts since interest is paid on these accounts.

Interest Bearing Accounts means the following Reserve Accounts: the Tax Account, the Insurance Account, the Replacement Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Operating Expense Account, the Specified Tenant Space Leasing Reserve Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Unfunded Obligations Reserve Account and any other account established by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents (but specifically excluding the Cash Management Account, the Restricted Account, the Debt Service Account and the Mezzanine Debt Service Account).

Interest Bearing Accounts means, collectively, the CIGNA Property Capital Replacement Reserve Account, the CIGNA Property FF&E Replacement Reserve Account, the CIGNA Property Ground Rent Reserve Account, the CIGNA Property Tax and Insurance Reserve Account and the Mezzanine Debt Yield Reserve Account.

Interest Bearing Accounts means the following Reserve Accounts: the Replacement Reserve Account, the Immediate Repair Account, the Excess Cash Flow Account, the Leasing Reserve Account, the Environmental Remediation Account and the Unfunded Obligations Account.
