Interest Election Request definition

Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07 substantially in the form of Exhibit D or such other form as is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • The Administrative Agent shall advise each applicable Lender of the details of an Interest Election Request and such Xxxxxx’s portion of such resulting Borrowing no less than one Business Day before the effective date of the election made pursuant to such Interest Election Request.

More Definitions of Interest Election Request

Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.
