Interest Rate definition

Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Interest Rate means the Interest Rate (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Documents).

  • Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, any Obligations other than the Advances that are not paid when due shall accrue interest at the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans, subject to the provision of the final sentence of this Section 3.1 regarding the Default Rate.

Interest Rate means (a) as to the A-1 Notes, the A-1 Note Rate, (b) as to the A-2 Notes, the A-2 Note Rate, (c) as to the A-3 Notes, the A-3 Note Rate, (d) as to the A-4 Notes, the A-4 Note Rate and (e) as to the Class B Notes, the Class B Note Rate.
