INTEREST REVENUE definition

INTEREST REVENUE means the notional figure of a short-term and interest-bearing Cash Component at the Custodian. At any time the ISSUER is entitled, at its sole discretion, to nominate any other credit institution in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Switzerland or the Federal Republic of Germany for the hypothetical investment of the Cash Component.
INTEREST REVENUE means investment revenue “deemed” earned by the Company from the investment of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts during the applicable Float Interest Payment Period, such “deemed” investment revenue shall be equal to (i) the aggregate amount of interest earned by Buyer and its Affiliates from the investment of all Customer Assets (including the investment of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts); multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the average amount of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts during the applicable Float Interest Period and the denominator of which is the average amount of all Customer Assets (including those in the Reference Customer Accounts) during such period.

INTEREST REVENUE means, for any applicable period, the lower of:
INTEREST REVENUE means revenue credited to a separate, interest bearing bank account referred to in Article 9.2 and to which Project funds are deposited as a result of the interest rate paid by the financial institution for the respective deposit account. For the avoidance of doubt, revenue credited to a pooled bank account referred to in Article 9.3 will not constitute Interest Revenue.

Tax increment revenues do not include any of the following:
