Intervention definition

Intervention means any action intended to reduce or avert exposure or the likelihood of exposure to sources which are not part of a controlled practice or which are out of control as a consequence of an accident;
Intervention means a form of educational communication utilized by the Board with a prescriber or pharmacist to inform about or to influence prescribing or dispensing practices.
Intervention means a support instrument with a set of eligibility conditions as specified by the Member States in the CAP Strategic Plans based on a type of intervention as provided for in this Regulation;

Examples of Intervention in a sentence

  • It is understood that Behavior Intervention services are limited per CDE Certification and do not constitute as an instructional program.

  • The NPA providing Behavior Intervention services shall develop a written plan that specifies the nature of their NPA service for each student within thirty (30) days of enrollment and shall be provided in writing to the LEA.

  • This could mean that instead of developing a Behavior Intervention Plan (“BIP”), the IEP team may conclude it is sufficient to address the student’s behavioral problems through the development of behavioral goals and behavioral interventions to support those goals.

  • CONTRACTORS providing Behavior Intervention services must have a trained behaviorist or trained equivalent on staff.
