Investment Amount definition

Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement.

Investment Amount means the Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.

Examples of Investment Amount in a sentence

• The Issuer will invest the net proceeds of issuance and the Leveraged Investment Amount (as defined below) in the Reference Assets referenced by the relevant Index or Investment Strategy of the Series in order to replicate (to the degree practicable) the return of the Index referenced by the Series or to pursue the Investment Strategy of the Series, taking into account the applicable Leverage Factor.

• Pursuant to the Capital Increase Agreement and as set out in the Announcements, after the fulfilment of all conditions precedent, the Investor shall settle the Investment Amount to the designated bank account of the Target Company before 20 May 2021 (the “Settlement Period”).

• The new investor shall not be entitled to/bear the corresponding economic benefits, rights and obligations as shareholder of the Target Company for such unsettled Investment Amount.

More Definitions of Investment Amount

Investment Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(f) hereof.

Investment Amount means the dollar value equal to the amount of Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Purchaser, the investment amount indicated below such Purchaser's name on the signature page of this Agreement.

Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by a Purchaser, as set forth on the Execution Page hereto executed by such Purchaser.

Investment Amount means the Purchase Notice Shares referenced in the Purchase Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement, which is also reflected on the Schedule of Investors attached hereto as Appendix A.
