Issuance Event definition

Issuance Event means an “Issuance Event” defined in Section 1.42 of the Reorganization Agreement.
Issuance Event has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2.
Issuance Event has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(c).
