Issuer Common Stock definition

Issuer Common Stock means common stock of the same class as that offered to the public by the IPO Entity in a Qualified IPO or any securities into which such common stock is exchanged, converted or reclassified, including pursuant to any merger, reorganization or reclassification.
Issuer Common Stock means the Issuer’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share.
Issuer Common Stock and "Section 8" contained herein shall also be deemed to be references to "Substitute Option Issuer", "Substitute Common Stock" and "Section 9", respectively.
