Knowledge of Purchaser definition

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge (after due inquiry) of the persons identified in Section 11.06(b) of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule.

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the senior officers of the Purchaser or other employees of the Purchaser actively involved in the transactions contemplated hereby.

• There are no Actions pending, or to the Knowledge of Purchaser, threatened against or affecting Purchaser or any Subsidiary of Purchaser seeking to prevent, enjoin or otherwise delay the Transactions.
