Land Lease definition

Land Lease means the Lease Agreement (Phase II - Land") dated as of May 3, 1999 between BNPLC, as landlord, and NAI, as tenant, pursuant to which NAI has agreed to lease BNPLC's interest in the Property, as such Lease Agreement may be extended, supplemented, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Land Lease means a written contract whereby the lessee is granted a right to possess, use or occupy land for a specified purpose and duration, and includes a master lease, a sublease and a lease or sublease that has been assigned.
