Lead Arrangers definition

Lead Arrangers has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Lead Arrangers means the Initial Mandated Lead Arranger together with and any other bank or financial institution appointed as an arranger by the Initial Mandated Lead Arranger and the Borrower for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Lead Arrangers or Syndication Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Lender hereunder.

Lead Arrangers means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, in their capacities as joint lead arrangers and book managers.
Lead Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.
Lead Arrangers means the Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Arrangers identified on the cover page of this Agreement.
Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
