Lead Research Institution definition

Lead Research Institution means the lead Research Institution which submits a Proposal on behalf of a Research Consortium and undertakes such responsibilities as are set forth in Section 4.4.

  • The Lead Institution shall require, via a Subgrant Agreement, that all Research Institutions that receive funding, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from funds that the Lead Research Institution has received under the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative, shall be subject to this terms of this Agreement and any Grant Agreement for the Approved Research Project.
