Lease Commencement Date definition

Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.

Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder.
