Leased Fiber definition

Leased Fiber means all of the Fiber now or hereafter deployed in the SRP Network. "License" shall mean a license to exercise the rights granted to XXX and SRP in Section 10.2 and elsewhere in this Agreement.
Leased Fiber means Excess Fiber delivered by Authority and accepted by Lessee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and further described in the Technical Requirements and Product Order(s) along with the use of the Facilities and Demarcation Points which Lessee is entitled to use pursuant to this Agreement.
Leased Fiber means Dark Fiber delivered by Authority and accepted by Lessee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and further described in the Network Specifications along with the use of the Facilities and Demarcation Points which Lessee is entitled to use pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Leased Fiber in a sentence

  • Unless the Approved Facility has affirmatively indicated in writing that another contract or agreement applies to such order, any order placed by an Approved Facility set forth on Exhibit B for a product and/or service available from the MMCAP Agreement MMS1900151 shall be deemed to be a sale under (and governed by the prices and other terms and conditions of) the Vendor as conditioned by this MPA and MMCAP Agreement MMS1900151.

  • Charges for any Leased Fiber shall commence on the Date of Delivery of such Leased Fiber.

  • Should Authority determine that the Leased Fiber is needed for the use of the electric system, Authority will provide Lessee with notice that the extension will not be granted within thirty (30) days of receipt of the extension notice.

  • Lessee acknowledges that due to electric safety concerns, only Authority can perform Make Ready Work, maintenance, and repair work on Leased Fiber.

  • Authority will be responsible for maintenance and repair of Leased Fiber and Facilities at its own cost and expense.

  • Leased space means individual storage space at a self-service storage facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.
