Section 3.17(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedules contains a true and complete list of all Leases (including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties, and other agreements with respect thereto) as of the date hereof for each Leased Real Estate (including the date and name of the parties to such Lease).
The Company possesses, and has good and marketable title to, all Leased Real Estate or other such interests necessary for the continued operation of the Company Business as presently conducted and as represented to the Parent, including all real property and leaseholds reflected in the Company Financial Statements.
