Examples of Leave of Absence Without Pay in a sentence
Leave of absence without pay may be granted to an Employee at the discretion of the Employer and the Employee shall not work for gain during the period of leave of absence except with the express consent of the Employer.
Leave of absence without pay shall be granted to employees selected by the Union to attend Union conventions or conferences, or Union business, provided that the leave does not unduly interfere with the operations of the Employer.
Leave of absence without pay exceeding the periods described above may be granted with the approval of the County Administrator.
Leave of absence without pay shall not exceed twelve (12) months except for educational leave which may be allowed for the duration of actual attendance and leave for government service in the public interest.
