Legacy Products definition

Legacy Products means products which are not on Agilent’s published corporate price list as of one day prior to the Effective Date, but which once were on Agilent’s, or its predecessors-in-interest corporate price list and which relate to the Keysight Primary Field or Keysight Overlap Field.
Legacy Products means the Xenpak and X2 10 gigabit Ethernet modules with SR, LR, ER, CX4 and LX4 specifications; XFP CX4 transceivers; SFP transceivers; any products with VCSEL apertures greater than eight (8) micron, as listed on Schedule II.
Legacy Products means the Microinverters, Cables, or any other MLPEs sold or procured by SunPower and its Affiliates prior to the Effective Date for use with AC Modules.

More Definitions of Legacy Products

Legacy Products has the meaning given such term in Schedule 11.1 attached hereto.

Legacy Products means the products listed in EXHIBIT A.
Legacy Products means Seller’s and its Subsidiaries’ legacy products in the Business for the twenty-four (24) month period immediately prior to the Closing, including those listed on Schedule 1.1(kkk).
Legacy Products means the work-exchanger (also called pressure-exchanger) energy-recovery systems, components and sub-components thereof used for water desalination using the reverse osmosis process designed by DesalCo or DWEER-Tech and installed in the Territory as of the date of this Agreement;
