Examples of Legal Process in a sentence

  • Nothing herein shall require a party to fail to honor any Legal Process on a timely basis.

  • The recipient will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the other party before disclosure of that party’s Confidential Information in accordance with Legal Process.
