Manitoba will issue an apology in the Legislative Assembly from the Premier or the Minister of Families, to the Class who suffered harm, the content and timing of which shall be in the sole discretion of Manitoba, but which shall reference a commitment to community living for persons with developmental disabilities.

The County understands and agrees that OHA’s payment of amounts under this Agreement are attributable to work performed after the last day of the current biennium and are contingent on OHA receiving, from the Oregon Legislative Assembly, appropriations, limitation, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow OHA, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to continue to make payments under this Agreement.
