Examples of Lenders’ Expenses in a sentence
Borrower shall pay all reasonable fees and expenses, including without limitation, Lender’s Expenses, incurred by Lender in the enforcement or attempt to enforce any of the Obligations hereunder not performed when due.
Borrower agrees upon demand to pay or reimburse Lender for all liabilities, obligations and out-of-pocket expenses, including Lender’s Expenses and reasonable fees and expenses of counsel for Lender from time to time arising in connection with the enforcement or collection of sums due under the Loan Documents, and in connection with any amendment or modification of the Loan Documents or any “work-out” in connection with the Loan Documents.
If any Borrower fails to pay any amounts required hereunder to be paid by such Borrower to any third party, Agent may at its option pay any part thereof and any amounts so paid including Lender’s Expenses incurred shall become Obligations, immediately due and payable, bearing interest at the Default Rate, and secured by the Collateral.
Any amounts paid or deposited by Lender shall constitute Lender’s Expenses, shall be immediately due and payable, and shall bear interest at the then applicable rate hereinabove provided, and shall be secured by the Collateral.
The payment of all Lender’s Expenses, which may become due to Lender by Borrower hereunder shall be payable by Borrower as set forth in Section 2.3(b).
