Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts definition

Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts means a professional person providing health care pursuant to a license issued by the Department of Public Health (DPH).
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts means an individual licensed by the State of Vermont pursuant to Title 26 to practice the healing arts, which for the purposes of this rule shall be limited to medicine, surgery, dentistry, osteopathy, podiatry and chiropractic.
