Licensee Sites definition

Licensee Sites means any telephone call center(s) operated by Licensee or any Internet site(s) (or portions of Internet site(s)) operated or hosted by Licensee, to permit Customers to obtain mortgage-related services or products from Licensee or its Client Servicer (if applicable) where, or through which, Customers are able to obtain Consumer Findings.
Licensee Sites means any telephone call centers or internet sites (or portion of internet sites) operated or hosted by Licensee for the benefit of Customers who input data to the Licensed Application through it, to permit them to obtain mortgage-related services or products from Licensee and where, or through which, Customers are able to obtain Consumer Findings.
Licensee Sites means any telephone call center(s) operated by Licensee or any Internet site(s) (or portions of Internet site(s)) operated or hosted by Licensee, to permit Customers to shop for or purchase mortgage-related services or products from Licensee where, or through which, (i) Customers are able to obtain recommendations, findings and/or Prequalification Analyses directly or indirectly from the Licensed Application, and (ii) Licensee is able to consider Mortgage Loan Applications or mortgage loan pre-qualification requests submitted by Customers.

Examples of Licensee Sites in a sentence

  • Licensee may install On-Premise Software on Licensee's or Affiliates’ machines only and only at Licensee Sites as many instances of the Software as is designated in the applicable Order Confirmation.

  • Licensee agrees that it is solely responsible for marketing Licensee Sites, including the recruitment of Customers.

  • To the extent Licensee offers Bank Products to taxpayers, Licensee shall utilize an Approved Banking Partner to process all Bank Products for taxpayers served by Licensee Sites during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee, and not Xxxxxx Xxx, is responsible for responding to comments and questions from Customers relating to the Licensed Application and the Licensee Sites and for all other support and assistance.

  • Further, the Licensee agrees and warrants that all applicable Licensee Sites (see Attachment 1) are greater than 50% owned by the Licensee.

  • To the extent Licensee offers Bank Products to taxpayers, Licensee shall use an Approved Banking Partner to process all Bank Products for taxpayers served by Licensee Sites during the Term of this Agreement.

  • For purposes of this Schedule, Subsection (b) of the Section captioned "Restrictions on Use" of the Master Terms is replaced with the following: Licensee shall only access and use the Licensed Materials (i) for its own internal business purposes and (ii) in connection with the operation of Licensee Site(s), as expressly authorized in this Agreement.

  • To the extent Licensee offers Bank Products to taxpayers, Licensee shall use an Approved Banking Partner to process all Bank Products for taxpayers served by Licensee Sites during the Term of this Agreement and will comply with all terms of Xxxxx’x Bank Product Enrollment Agreement and the Approved Banking Partner’s terms and conditions applicable to Licensee, with such terms incorporated into this Agreement by reference.


More Definitions of Licensee Sites

Licensee Sites. The physical location or address where Licensee utilizes the Software for the Permitted Use, as set out on the applicable Order Form(s). “Licensor Indemnified Parties” Licensor and its Affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and permitted assigns.
Licensee Sites means each and every Licensee and Sublicensee Website through which customer orders of products and/or services are processed using software and technology that includes: (i) the E-Commerce Engine and Database Technology components of the Licensed Technology, as identified in Exhibit A-1, and/or any Modifications thereof; and/or (ii) the Order Processing ----------- component of the Licensed Technology, as identified in Exhibit A-1, and/or any ----------- Modifications thereof.
Licensee Sites means the Websites developed for Licensee by Xxxxxx.
Licensee Sites means any telephone call centers or internet sites (or portion of internet sites) operated or hosted by Licensee for the benefit of Customers who input data to the LicensedApplication through it, to permit them to obtain mortgage-related services or products from Licensee and where, or through which, Customers are able to obtain Consumer Findings.
Licensee Sites means the data center sites and facilities identified in Exhibit C, which facilities Licensee represents are owned, leased, licensed, or operated by Licensee. Licensee may, upon prior written notice to CA and, if an increase in Licensed Mainframe Capacity shall result from such addition, payment of the applicable Supplemental Fees as provided in Section 5 hereof, designate one or more additional Licensee Sites meet the above qualifications. As a special accommodation, CA agrees that Licensee may designate as additional Licensee Sites hereunder Licensee’s facility located outside the United States, and the Licensed Programs and Unicenter TNG Programs may be used for the purposes hereof, provided that CA shall continue to provide Licensee with support and maintenance services for the Licensed Programs and the Unicenter TNG Programs at the Licensee Site located in the United States, however, telephone requests for services may be initiated from any Licensee Site, but requests for distribution of Licensed Programs and Unicenter TNG Programs and related materials shall be initiated only from the Licensee Sites located in the United States. Licensee shall be solely responsible for the distribution of all support services and materials relating to the Licensed Programs and Unicenter TNG Programs from Licensee Sites located in the United States to each of the other Licensee Sites located outside of the United States.
Licensee Sites for mainframe programs shall mean the data center site(s) identified on Exhibit "B" hereto, and for non-mainframe programs shall mean such data center site(s) as well as all other Licensee locations, all of which sites Licensee represents are owned, operated or controlled by Licensee. From time to time Licensee may identify additional Licensee Sites by providing CA with an updated Exhibit "B" hereto. Irrespective of the location of a Licensee Site, Licensee shall request support and maintenance for all Licensed Programs by calling CA's central support hot line at 0-000-000-0000 or such other telephone number as CA may designate in writing hereafter.

Related to Licensee Sites

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • License Elements means the following high-level license attributes as selected by Licensor and indicated in the title of this License: Attribution, ShareAlike.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensing Site means xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/contracts or a successor site. “Non-Microsoft Product” is defined in the Online Services Terms.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.
