Life Safety Systems definition

Life Safety Systems means components or combinations of equipment of Fire Alarm Systems, sprinkler systems, special suppression systems, means of egress, and other emergency equipment as regulated by the Fire Code, its regulations and this bylaw.
Life Safety Systems means any and all emergency lighting, audio and visual signals, safety systems, sprinklers and smoke detection systems, which are now or subsequently installed in the
Life Safety Systems. Landlord shall provide Class "E" fire life safety floor subpanels with adequate connection points on the floors of the Leased Premises for code-required speaker and strobe lights as well as flow and tamper switches for the sprinkler systems, in accordance with existing code. The panels are to be installed in proximity to the Leased Premises. The code- required speakers, strobe lights, flow and tamper switches, and other equipment for the sprinkler systems shall be part of the Tenant Improvements.

Life Safety Systems. Each residence has been provided with life safety systems for the residents’ protection. These systems may include a fire alarm system, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and/or fire extinguishers. Some units are also equipped with sprinkler systems, fire hose, and self closing devices on the entry doors. Life Safety Systems means all devices installed and/or required by Applicable Law to be installed in and around the Buildings to protect against injury to person and property resulting from fire, earthquake or other casualty, including without limitation sprinkler systems. Sublessor shall also maintain all of the Project Common Areas and the Parking Facilities in first class condition and repair and promptly remove any graffiti. Sublessee hereby agrees that Sublessor shall have the right, on reasonable prior notice (subject to the provisions of this Sublease which limit and condition Sublessor’s rights of entry), to enter the Subleased Premises in order to perform its obligations under this Sublease, but shall use all reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to Sublessee’s business in the performance of any such work.
