LOCKHEED XXXXXX definition

LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX for "Government" or "United States" throughout this clause.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX and "sub-contractor" means "Seller." "Sub-contract" means "this Contract" except in paragraph 6 where the phrase "any Material Single Source Sub-contract (Non-Qualifying)" means "any lower tier Material Single Source Sub-contract (Non-Qualifying).")

Examples of LOCKHEED XXXXXX in a sentence

• The employees used by SELLER to perform Work under this Contract shall be SELLER's employees exclusively without any relation whatsoever to LOCKHEED XXXXXX.

• LOCKHEED XXXXXX may desire to place additional orders for Work purchased hereunder.

• SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

• If repair, or replacement, or reperformance of Work is not timely, LOCKHEED XXXXXX may elect to return, reperform, repair, replace, or reprocure the non-conforming Work at SELLER's expense.

LOCKHEED XXXXXX except: (1) in paragraphs (d), (e) and (j)(5) where the term is unchanged and (2) in paragraphs (g) and (i) where it means "Lockheed Xxxxxx and the Government")
